A view looking Northwest from the Tour. Le Pecq, where we stayed, is due West of Paris; so it's somewhere around the very left edge of the photo just a few pixels below the horizon.

That group of modern buildings in the center of the horizon is where the Grande Arche de la Défense is. The Trocadéro is in the foreground, just across the Seine.
