We considered riding the London Eye to see the view but reconsidered. First off, London was rather smoggy while we were there. Second, it was really hot that day. Plus, it actually takes a half hour to go all the way around. And finally, there's was the degree to which every Londoner scoffed at the Eye and its price of admission that made us wary of paying the approximate $15 to ride.
